Trip planning for second honeymoon

After 15 yrs of marriage, finally taking my wife to Europe. She has been all over Europe, but it is my first time.
We will only be having about 3 days Leaving Sunday coming back Thursday. My problem is deciding which area/city

My choices are Madrid/Barcelona, Paris, Rome, Venice.

Looking for a good mix of history, Jewish and otherwise, and availability of kosher food.

I would recommend Venice and Rome, both of which certainly meet your criteria. If you only have 3 nights in Europe, do 2 in Venice and 1 in Rome. I think it's about an hour flight or 3.5 hour train ride between them.

Sun-Thurs trip to Israel? :o

I would only pick 1 city and stay there. I wouldn't even schlep from Venice to Rome and kill half a day. Would either do Paris or Rome for 3 days.

You will never regret taking one more day off from work on Friday, and staying for the weekend, or whatever it takes to make up the work day or to beg or bribe whoever is babysitting....

Ok. Scratched all other ideas.

Heading to London. Will take the train to Paris for a day ( and maybe a night).
Using my IHG free night and points for intercontinental.

Maybe next year to a non-English speaking country.
