If I had a telegram channel that pulled deals from dandeals, slickdeals, etc (with credit), would that bother you? 
As far as I understood from Dan, the wrong here was that he took away from Dan, not just mirror'd.

Here he was using the dansdeals name and logo and presenting himself as Dansdeals.

Well, it's a Channel, so there's no "himself", and therefore not an issue (imho).  I'm not trying to defend him at all, I just don't see this part as wrong.  However, the second he altered links etc, put "himself" into DD, that's the issue.  As you ETA'd..
