Does anyone know where a Shul can get a loan to finish their Simcha Hall? There would be income from the hall, and the loan would be backed up by the building. Can get cosigners also if necessary.  PM me

What state? In NY you need approval from Attorney General to take out a loan on a shul.

If it's a good deal, why not take an investor?

The pie may not be big enough. The projections of revenue may not be in sight. The property could be used for housing not renting.
