Amex to flying blue travelling this week need help asap

Anyone knows what's up with them,  it usually takes seconds for the miles to come in I did a transfer 6 hours ago, nothing yet anyone know what i can expect? I called amex they say on their end all is fine.

call flying blue and give them the conf number and maybe they can help
