Doesn't anyone know if there is anything that can be done, when an airline dose not let there travelers know that there is a long delay only once they are ready to take there connecting flight.
Our whole family left NYC to Dallas, and where told then that the flight to Sydney has never left yet Sydney and it's a 26 hour delay
