it's from the bitmo gift card app, its like swytch and all the gift card apps.

download the app  http://bitmo.com/download/
click on the menu and add your payment method
click the gift card icon at the top of the screen, select “Shopaholic” gifts, and choose any Amazon gift card valued between $25-100.
Choose your contacts list or send it to yourself by leaving the recipient field blank.
use coupon code amazonhs20 on the last page and it gives you 20% off

agree, the app is super sketchy. i immediately changed my password after buying the card.

Add poll to inquire how many bank accounts people have. I'm not sure that I remember them all (between banks, credit unions, etc. opened throughout the years for various purposes).
