The Do's
Great value grill: Someone please add :)

The Dont's
Don't play with the food on the grill. Flip it once (or twice if need be), that's all.

Be careful. Once your grill gets used you can have one heck of a grease fire and destroy your grill.
I singed my face as a 10 year old (but that was leaving fires on while closing tank valve instead of closing valve then lighting new fire to burn out excess)

Do like the fancy restaurants do. Cook it however it tastes bests and then place it into a grill pan for a few seconds to make the grill marks.

Disagree.
I don't mind if you're wrong. Most good high end steak houses use a broiler to get a nice even char.

Yes! I've had it. What company do you use? I've had a hard time getting it not to fall apart

Meal mart.  Just spray before or wait until it crisps up a bit

I believe that's been debunked more times than CNNs credibility.
They can debunk it all they want. Steak and burgers flip once comes out the best for me.

When you constantly flip them how do you know when they are done?
I just found a new supply of forks!
