Well obviously Rubin is good. I didn’t get too technical about each specific one because regardless of that list I wouldn’t really eat there because the hechsher on the place is mehuderet. I think crave made that list themselves.
Can you explain what mehuderet is?
Is there no mashgiach tmidi there?

I don’t really know much about it. I know that it’s less than mehadrin & I don’t even eat mehadrin meat so it’s out of the question. (When I say mehadrin & mehuderet, I’m referring to the hechsher called rabbanut yerushalayim mehadrin & rabbanut yerushalyim mehuderet.)

Asking questions.  ;D

I’m sure you did some research & got info from ppl to come to that conclusion, so start all over again with mehuderet now.

1) Can you explain what mehuderet is?
1) Is there no mashgiach tmidi there?

1) FWIU Its basically a movement that the establishment privately hires the mashgiach to testify that these are the products they use with these official hashgachos.
2) NO

So if I do eat rabbanut yerushalayim mehadrin meat, where does that leave me

U sure about that? It is a hechsher given by the rabbanut I think you may be confusing it with something else.

What is the Rubin standard for wine opening?

Was at a restaurant tonight and the waiter opened the bottle.
Second restaurant same thing. This time at least he offered for us to open it (and was wearing a yarlmaka)

Neither insists on a masgiach temidi.

No . Im not 100% sure about it. Its what i understood from my experience of times i walked into these places . Every place i checked with mehuderet had its own list of products and the mashgiach was not there (if he ever is) at the time.

Not correct, it's basically exactly the same as Rabbanut. If properly enacted then "mehadrin" is considerably stricter.

Recommendations in Tiberias/Tzfat?
I'll run through the places we went while we were in Tzfat. Arale was solid, and seemed to be one of relatively few meat options with a mehadrin hechsher. Art Cafe was mediocre at best. Cafe Deganim was really good for a quick lunch.

Wrong thread for this, but check out Otzar Hastam and Quilted Glass. Both great activities for your kids.

Decent? I assume your being overly sarcastic, but sure.
While there may not be the luxurious award options you might be referring to, there are many "decent" options.
Villas with private pools are a big thing there and if you want luxury near the kineret there is always http://www.thesetaihotel.co.il/?setai_sea_of_galilee=setai-sea-galilee&lang=en.

For the few days I was there last .. I really enjoyed Cafe Monitin. You can walk in all the way and to the right to seating with some nice views.
We went to a meat place as well, gotta check up the name but I was highly disappointed.
And there are pizza options here and there that are Mehadrin as well. They all smelled fantastic. :)

Was a while ago, but Mama Mia in Tiberias was pretty good.
