First Step Act - Reducing Federal Prisoner Population

It BH passed the house committee today, hopefully it will get to the full house soon and pass. Trump said he'll sign it, and Jared Kushner is behind it I heard.

It basically reduces by a third a sentence if Prisoner is over 60 and it gives a Lot of credit for good behavior.

What do you guys say to it?

I think sex offenders should be offered chemical castration as a means to get out immediately.
