Between my wife and I we have 2 iPhones and 1 iPad. So either one. And to be honest I like and use the calling feature more than the camera.

So let me get this straight, you buy a camera (like foscam) and use this baby monitor app and you end up with a video monitor type of thing?
I just bought a video monitor.. the only reason I would prefer this method is to be able to check on the baby remotely..

We have the Dropcam HD. Works over wifi, Excellent video quality, night vision, DVR recording, VOX, iPhone, iPad, and web apps, and rock solid reliability. I highly recommend this as a baby monitor or a general security camera.

Here's the one we have:
www.amazon.com/dp/B002ZB82CU/?tag=cl03f-20
Though when we bought it it was just $110.

For some reason the price seems to fluctuate a lot on this:
Current    $143.98    Feb 15, 2012
Highest *    $169.99    Jan 23, 2012
Lowest *    $105.19    Jul 29, 2011
Average +    $135.31    -
did u follow the prices all along?

I don't have any experience with that one but supposedly it is flooded with many fake reviews on Amazon and is not a good camera. Maybe it works just as well as the Dropcam... I've been super satisfied with the Dropcam.

The Tracktor is also great for that. Has a chrome extension which puts a graph under any item you are browsing on Amazon.

Yes it comes with a stand. No need to screw it into the wall.
