Applied for a Citi HH Reserve and it got declined for too many recent inquiries, I'm trying to get them to pull my EQ for a reconsideration but reps keep telling me that they can't choose the bureau and whatever they pulled is what's used for the recon. I know I've gotten them to pull EQ in the past for a recon and got a card approved that way. Any suggestions?

i have a citi simplicity card for about 2 years. i want another new for the long 0apr period. will they approve me for a second? my credit is very good now so hoping for a large credit limit as well.

I applied for aadvantage executive, got declined, huca'd atleast 10 times, they're telling me it's a systematic decline from the credit bureau, being I have no revolving debt and too many inquiries (I applied for 1 amex, 3 chase at the same time) and being that's the reason for decline they can't reconsider... And nothing they can do, the reps claim the only things is if there's incorrect info on the credit report I can correct it and reapply and they'll do another pull..

Applied for Citi AA with frozen EX (i am in NY and they pull both EQ and EX). In the past it's never been a problem.

Today i got an email from citi that they couldn't complete my app because a bureau is frozen... is this new?
