No, but it's only a 10-15 minute drive to all the kosher places in the Main Line area.

Anyone know of any delivery options in center city? Star of David has on their Facebook page that they do UberEATS but when I called they said they don't do it anymore. Judah's uses a service that would be over $50 to driver to cc....

you don't need ubereats to use uber. just order from the restaurant and pay over phone. when food is ready order an uber to the restaurant and then call restaurant and tell them to bring the food outside to the uber driver.

I thought the advantage of UberEATS for us was simply that the restaurant will double seal the food

I did not know that, but you can tell the restaurant to put a kosher tape on it which they should anyways for any pick up order.

The. Enefit of uber eats is the cheap fee and easiness of ordering. They do not even always put kosher tape which is ridiculous

Makes sense. Just called The Tavern and they said they don't have it yet but they plan on associating with UberEATS soon....Why is it so complicated for kosher restaurant to accommodate?

Really haven't been impressed by the Tavern. Been there twice and didn't get better. Personally I love Judah's but I'm hearing great reviews on Star of David though haven't been there yet.

I'm always nervous when I see a menu with Shnitzel, Shwarma, Burgers, Steak, Chinese, and Sushi

Agreed. Shwarma is solid. Cant attest to the rest though I've heard good things. They are a bit pricey for what they offer but they give very generous servings and allow you to byob for a minimal charge and they will serve it to you in a nice glass.

You talking about Star of David? if so, its a basic out of town fast food place. fair portions, good (out of town grading) food.  Nothing to write home about.

First time - I got the braised short ribs and wife got the Tavern burger.
2nd time - I got NY strip steak and wife got beer battered fish and chips.
Both portions were far from generous.
Likely that my experience is tampered because we had expectations of a steakhouse in NY but if you go in with out of town expectations, you may be happier.
