Not sure this will help, but we have two dual screen sets for the car.  We have a Sylvania 7" (Costco) and a Philips 7" (Target) and have no problems with them.  The kids don't seem to prefer one over the other and my impression is that the quality is similar.  On the balance I prefer the Philips because it has an easier strap for the headrest.

Yup those are car portable, this is portable like a chromebook which is portable too without straps.

I would try costco if you want a decent piece. Or amazon if don't want to go to costco!
