update?
Was declined. They said didn't leave enough CL on transfer from card which made no sense because the rep told me I needed to leave 500. Went online and transferred all but 500 immediately.

He's asking why you keep on asking your amex credit limit transfer questions here. They have zero to do with score. There multiple amex threads you could ask that in.

I use Discovers Scorecard for my FICO score but I see that the FAKO from Chase (CreditJourneys) sends me an alert that a new account was added and what bank it is from while Discover doesn't do that. Is that correct? And is there something better than Chase CreditJourneys I should be using if I want such alerts? Thanks in advance!

Why would this be any different than a 18 year old with no credit? Start with a secured credit card, or really any card that she can get, and work it from there.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

I would think best bet to start her with a Chase Freedom and/or Freedom Unlimited card if she can get approved for one (or both on the same day even better!). If that doesn't work, there are other options.

Start by making her an AU on a 2-3 of your older cards (not Amex) then move from there to the FU and Freedom

+1 (unless she wants to get a bunch of Chase cards - then the AUs may make her over 5/24 ..)

You can always get the AU's removed once she starts getting cards.

A few HUCA's will find you a rep that won't consider them.

I added her to an old discover card, but i need 2 more? Chase AU works? And how long should I wait to establish credit before applying to Freedom followed by the BIG Amex cards such as Biz Plat, BGR, and PRG.

Wife got SSN late Feb 15.  I added her as AU to variety of my accounts/issuers.

It takes 6 months to actually generate a FICO score.

Aug-Sep 15 first mailed offers came for her. 50K PRG, 100K Pt.

Did a 2for1 AMEX for PRG and OBC. And a store card. (And I swiped her 100K pers Pt offer for myself)

She got a Citi AA 60K mailer a couple weeks ago, so I got her that and a 100K BA offer.

I'll probably let her files chill for a while, to set her up for a WF 5% when mine becomes worthless.

And

Everyone except Amex reports the full history for AUs.
