I'm getting emails from amex that im preapproved for business loans on each of my biz card accounts. Do credit scores treat them any differently than personal lines of credit?

Where were you looking at it? FAKO seems to move up and down much more drastically.
Fico is sensitive to utilization. See my post from last week

An employee of mine was trying to lease a car and his credit was showing up as no match. The same happened when he tried credit karma. Some credit site which he found via Google (against my advice) did find his report with an accurate list of his accounts and balances. Any idea what is happening here?

Did he cross reference the credentials on the report he found with the info he gave CK and the leasing company?

That's really weird, has he spoken to the CB's? Maybe try creditboards and see if anyone has ever seen something like this before.

i know with sprint if they send you to collection then it shows up and your score takes a hit so cant imagine why ATT would be any different but either way for $61 i wouldn't take the chance ..you could call them and have them lower the amount so you would really get away cheap and not have to deal with getting it off your report later

Of course! Unless the collections agency doesn't report it. If they do you're screwed!
That being said it won't be reported if you pay it right away. It's only 61,so pay it and don't worry about repercussions.

Has anyone heard/used the 609 loophole method? below is a letter that you are supposed to send to the credit bureau
According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify -through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract -any and all accounts you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account.
I demand to see Verifiable Proof (an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it) you have on file of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the accounts listed below.

I demand the following accounts be verified or removed immediately.

How bad is it to have one month that did not have a balance paid in full?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

In the long run, not bad at all.
