From experience, no such luck. (I have a thousands of pics worth of experience) However, anyone that gets penny prints, is clearly not jewish enough :P. If you're looking to print 4x6s from snapfish, and don't want to wait for a free shipping promo code, make a new account get the free 100 pics and repeat. For one particular simple method to generate unlimited accounts, (the one that I use) use 10minutemail.com

So i just orderd 1,772 4x6 pictures and look what i paid for it (using my discover card!)

Subtotal:   $159.39
Discounts (%35 off DISCOVER2016):   -$27.89
Discounts (%50 off 50SHOP):   -$79.70
Total of savings: $107.59
Standard Shipping & Handling:   $34.90
NY Tax:   $0.00
Order Total:   $86.70

Plus i just had a chat with them asking if there is any way they can add a free shipping code to the order as well and they said "Chaitanya Madduri: I am sorry to inform you that we have no option to use two codes in one order. As your are the valuable customer i will issue 20% refund for the  shipping" 2min later i got a credit back to my card of 6.98!

Plus %10 cash back from ebates...

I think they might owe me $ at the end of this :)

That is about $0.02 per picture!
