To Our Dear Clients,
At Do All Travel our core values consist of providing our community with detail oriented service, coupled with knowledge, expertise, and dedication that you and your family deserve.
Sukkot is the time of year that families celebrate in harmony. With this in mind, we had arranged a charter to Israel for this coming Sukkot, so that our clients can enjoy their Chag in Eretz Yisroel.
It is with tremendous regret that we notify you, our valued clients, that at this time we found it necessary to suspend this flight. This was based on yesterday’s unfortunate experience with the Breslov Vaad-chartered Rosh Hashanah flight that was canceled a few hours prior to its scheduled take off time.
As we all know too well, flight cancellations cause tremendous aggravation and run the risk of disrupting Yom Tov plans. By choosing to suspend the Sukkot flight today, we intended to prevent a potential last minute cancellation, thereby allowing passengers sufficient time to make alternate arrangements for the Yom Tov.
All credit card transactions will automatically be fully refunded. It may take up to ten days for the refund to appear on your statement. We ask you kindly; please do not reject charges, as this will incur additional fees. Refund checks will be issued and mailed out for tickets that were paid in other forms of payment.
We would like to extend our deepest apologies for the inconvenience.
May we all merit a healthy, successful, and prosperous year.
