Citi in NY pulls from either Equifax or Experian or both. YMMV even by the same person.

If you live in NJ or NY, you should freeze your Experian. They will only pull Equifax then. Otherwise, YMMV.

FOR MORE INFO, READ FT'S WIKI - IT IS PHENOMENAL, FT WIKI

Quote from the above mentioned FT WIKI:
For the most part, freezing Experian, or another bureau, will not cause Citi to pull a different bureau. They will almost certainly require you to unfreeze the bureau they wish to pull or deny your application. Some people have been successful providing the PIN but others have not. Mostly, freezing a credit bureau in an attempt to force Citi to pull a different one seems to waste time, money, and effort for little result. But YMMV.

DDF data points (As of 10/2015)
NY- pulls both EQ/EX, can still get instant approval with EX frozen
CA, OH, PA, TX- ONLY EX. Citi will refuse to pull other bureau

Benefits:..
New no forex fees starting Nov.'15

From FT Wiki:"Important exception: If you receive a Platinum World MC which is later converted to a World Elite MC (as indicated on the back of the card), the opening of that card will no longer count for purposes of the 18-month rule. This is true not only for conversions in early 2015, but also for those in more recent months.
Note: It makes no difference when (or whether) you activate the World Elite card. If you have the WE card in hand, then the conversion on Citi's books is already complete. There is nothing magical about activating it.
There are a few reports that some Gold World MC are being converted to Gold World Elite MC and that will no longer count for purposes of the 18-month rule."
UPDATE: As of 02/18/2016 (for applications after 02/09/2016), the W>WE loophole may be dead.

so my question is
the $200 statement credit did not post on the first statement but the af did i called citi and they told me that it will post on the next statement i thought that i have 37 days from when the af posts to cancel i see from reports that only 30 days to cancel should i risk it or just forget about the $200 statement credit and cancel now
Find me one report of someone not getting their AF when card was canceled between days 30-37.

Which has better chance of approval, someone who still has 1 Exec card open, or someone who closed it a couple weeks ago? Or is there no difference?

Don't think there's much of a difference, but I'd keep it open.

If you close it you will be able to get a bigger credit line. If you had few of the same cards it's likely that they will not want to shift credit lines.

I just applied for a card and accidentally missed a digit on my address and now they need me to call. Do I have anything to be worried about or will they just ask me about the address? Also how can I find my application id and whats the number to call(tab got deleted)?

If I did less then $200 in spending the first month and got a statment credit for that amount, will I get the rest in the next statement (up to $200) or the statment credit is a one time thing and if it's less then $200 then it's my loss?

You'll get the full, IIRC.
