2) Is it better to buy stroller at BBD with 5x gift cards or buy on Amex for warranty?

So Dan, how would you go about doing this? Let's say I'd want to buy the UppaBaby:

1) Add to registry
2) Call to price match + add BBD coupon?

Any tips for doing this? Uppababy for $467 ($583 PishPosh sale price x 20% coupon) is a great deal!

So if it's on your registry, you can go in-store and have them price-match plus add the coupon? Is it better to try to do this with a Store Manager (plus is they can override transactions) or regular store employee (as they will be less likely to "catch" it)?

Also, 5x Ink with BBD cards or Amex price protection - how would you purchase this?

Item page shows $729.99, but when you add to cart it drops. (Site says to use coupon "BASH20" for price drop, but for me it discounted automatically.)

The coupon is actually for the entire site, so before you start kvetching about how expensive this stroller is, find anything in the price range that appeals to you and that will be 20% off as well.

Also, you can hock around and try to PM this to BBB, etc, but it won't be easy since officially it's a coupon code. YMMV. (I just did it @ BuyBuyBaby this morning for a stroller I bought last week.)

I believe the sale ends today!

Just called BBD - looks like they only price match from a Brick and Mortar store, not online only (ie they'd price match Best Buy/Target but not Amazon). So they seemed to say they wouldn't match from PishPosh. Additionally, they said you can either Price Match w the sale on the other site OR use the coupon of their regular price, but not both. Since 20% off is the sale price, it looks like price matching or using the coupon would have the same 20% off.

Anyone have experience using coupon on Price Matched-item?

Bed Bath Beyond doesn't let you use their 20% off coupons on uppababy, so your only choice is PMing.

Regarding PM policy: "Yes, Bed Bath & Beyond has a price match policy. We will gladly match a direct competitors’ price including online competitors, on an identical item with certain exceptions. Exceptions include clearance and discontinued products." (Google it)
