Entry level positions aren't supposed top ya as much as more advanced positions. Any good company should encourage growth.
I work in healthcare, and yes, CNAs get paid low. This is dictated by the abysmally low funding facilities get. Proposals have been floated to provide funding specifically for CNA and nursing to get higher salaries.
At the same time, every facility run by people with even a drop of brains encourages their staff to progress and get higher-level licenses, because we need those staff just as much, if not more.
