Nope. Amazon chooses whichever option they like. Having UPS My Choice will not effect their decision whatsoever.

If it's free why not? The packages that do get shipped by UPS you will be able to do whatever this membership level is eligible for.

If youve never used them in the past and dont plan on in the future then its probably a waste of time. however some people cant pass on something if it has the word "free" attached to it. (Try experiment with some trash you need to get rid of, put a massive sign up with the word "free" on it and someone just might take it :p )

I'm from Chicago but living in Israel now. Never had anything shipped here except from eBay or those cheap chinese websites. If I need something from online that only delivers to USA I can usually find someone coming within a week to bring it here if I need it badly. See here - Favors Master Thread! I have a few Jewish sites that ship free to Israel especially if their warehouse is in Tel Aviv. Just shipped something from Bed Bath Beyond cost me a mini fortune. We have many family friends always going back and forth to Israel as they own property there as well. Thanks was just wondering if this was another resource.

It's SO hard for me to find someone coming from the US to Israel  

When I order things on Amazon, I usually ship to my parents house until eventually I find someone coming in. It can sometimes take MONTHS!  If you guys know anyone coming - I've got some stuff there.

I, too, ship things to Israel from Chinese sites, but it's annoying because it can take a month + to receive... (Just like my US packages, lol...)

My sons friend and his wife are making Aliyah later this year. I have a lot of things my son and his wife want  I don't know if your interested but I think they are trying to get up a few people to rent a container to ship it all to Israel once and for all. Be great if I can clear my spare room finally lol. I can hook you up with my son to speak to him to see if its worth it for you. He is in the IDF so it may take awhile to get in contact lately. Even I'm having trouble with contact . Must be something going down with the animals that live around us.

I'm getting a 1013 error code when trying to verify my identity which makes sense since I am not on any public record since I just got my green card. Any advice?
