Thats what I am saying, it says product, not bonus.. I know citi is more lenient with that "bonus".. This wording says "product"

i downgraded 2 green from plat later i applied for green 25k bonus and didnt get it cuz i already had product according to rep

Is there a limit of cards you can have with them? Any advice on how to fix this?
Personal application is still pending approval.

yes there is a limit, call them ask how many you should close, they can approve you afterwards
