Yes, of course! They told me exactly what the status is. It's a quick, easy call. I also chatted with Staples re 2 orders. On one, they sent a $20 coupon. On the other after HUCA (C for chat), they sent $10.

I wonder if they will count against the 2015 or 2016 $50k Ink Plus annual limit? Ordered in 2015, processed partially in 2015, pending in 2015 (sort of), processed in 2016, pending in 2016, shipped in 2016.
