I don't disagree with any of this, but counter with facts, not personal attacks.
1. Please point out to me if I have resorted to personal attacks rather than disputing "facts".
2. When non-factual "facts" are brought up in an argument, that might merit a personal attack.
3. I think limiting the frequency of posts can go a long way into having them better thought through (and fact checked). Sometimes I try to self-impose such restraint.
