best way with miles to italy?

does Ana charge fuel surcharge to italy with lufthanza ? also what should be my preference booking is it CO>Ana?

ANA will charge fuel surcharges on LH no matter where you fly.

ANA allows more stops but also charges a fuel surcharge. ANA doesn't allow mixing alliance partners with other partners.
