does anyone know where u can get the lowest rate on visa or amex gift cards..I amlooking at 200 cards at a 25 dollar increments.  thanks

Not Sure if there are fees but if have Kroger or one of their chains where you are located you will get fuel points. $5000 would get you 10,000 points, which equals 5 fill ups of $2 off a gallon, pull up with 2 vehicles to get the max value (35 gallons max) $2 x 35 Gallons x 5 fill ups = $350 of free fuel
