Does anyone know details on how to do this? Does Citi still allow loading up to $75,000? Will any Chase or Barclay Card load without being considered a cash advance?

The temp charge will be a CA then post as a regular purchase. So yes you have the take the chance it gets messed up.

That it pends as CA and posts as purchase, in some banks. I avoid those places. Not for my blood pressure. My CA limit is $1.
