*Speedpass+™ Fuel Discount Promotion Terms
For the Speedpass+ Fuel Discount Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants may receive ten (10) cents off per gallon (the “Discount”) on every fill when they use eligible methods of payment with the Speedpass+ app at participating Exxon and Mobil stations. The Discount will be applied at the pump at the time of purchase. The Promotion will begin at 1:00 AM EST on March 29th, 2018, and end at 11:59 PM EST on July 10th, 2018 or when availability runs out (the “Promotion Period”). To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must create a Speedpass+ account with a valid method of payment added or have an active Speedpass+ account available for fuel purchases. All fuel grades, including Diesel, are eligible. In order to qualify, a fuel purchase must be made with the Speedpass+ app during the Promotion Period at a participating Exxon and Mobil station (collectively a “Qualifying Purchase”). A Qualifying Purchase may be made alone or in conjunction with any other purchase, including a combination of fuel and car wash; however, the Promotion is limited to fuel purchases.
