Of course it bothers people. I use debit all the time, being that i don't have a credit card yet. With the new rules u can't even buy a airline ticket...

The article wasn't that clear. Is that for all purchases that are made on the card, or only ones that are precessed as debit? Meaning if you swipe it as credit, do you still get capped?

Even credit purchases.
