Vaccinated or immune first degree relatives of Israeli citizens who are in Israel, can get entry permits via local consulates & Immigration Authority offices in Israel.

Israeli citizens traveling to Israel to visit a family member, even if that family member is not Israeli, can bring other non-Israeli family members with them.

It appears that quarantine decisions are completely dependent on the result of antibody tests, unless you have Israeli proof of vaccination or recovery.

Correct. One enters quarantine and can get permission to leave after testing positive in one of the approved labs. There should be bracelets by the end of the week.

Here is list of gov't approved labs. I checked Ichliov hospital, and although they don't advertise which assay they use, they do specifically state it's designed to detect vaccine induced antibodies.

Schedule your test at Shamir or Sheba to be shortly after you arrive (IME arriving late to an appointment is a non-issue, as long as they're still open, if your name is on the list for that day you will be seen). Both of those give antibody results quite fast (Sheba says within 12 hours, Shamir says 24-48 hours but experience has been 5-6 hours). As soon as you get the results, submit for cancellation of quarantine.

I would NOT recommend Ichilov. They simply take too long to send the results (and are more expensive than Shamir or Sheba). The only perceived advantage they have is that it is walk-in, whereas the others require appointments.
