The "Yoatzot" as described in the paper is a position brought already in the Pischei Tshuva from the Chasam Sofer very non-chalantly as having existed discussing a woman who brought a mareh to the woman who was appointed for this for a ruling.
It is the majority opinion of our panel that the appointment of women to clergy positions would be a contradiction to this halakhic ethos.
