MUC 1 day, smallest car @ 40.99 euro, got mercedes C200.
(Would have driven off with Panamera if it were available)
Had to nudge a bit.
------------------------
Following rental I had too much luggage and people, so I couldn't risk taking a smaller car.
GVV (French part Geneva airport), 11 days, rented standard @ $540, and got a BMW 5.
Trick: @ this location (and a lot of european locations in general,) they only have automatics in small, intermediate, and luxury (level names aren't exactly the same as in the USA), so I booked standard (one level above intermediate, and made them add automatic on the reservation.
They wanted to downgrade me, but hit a wall.
All was left was upgrading me.
@ first they told me nothing is available.
Later they "found" one, but would take 1 hour to prepare it.
Suddenly 10 mins later it was there.
