Ya. The reason for that might just be that most people here view you as a lost cause because your head is shoved so far up your a$$. It must be so easy for you to sit by your computer and anonymously drag Tamar through the mud by criticizing her actions. I'd bet my last dollar that if she was your sister or daughter (G-d forbid), you wouldn't be telling her "oh, sucks for you – Halacha is halacha so spend the rest of your life alone as an agunah."
Halacha is most definitely halacha.
And that is what the thread is all about.
And BTW,
I have no interest or intentions of ever getting involved in her Sholom bayis with her husband. Or the mud slinging on either side. It's non of my business and I would never dream of commenting on the fight. Right or wrong.
I do believe that you are in fact wrong to take any side. - calling her an agunah is taking a side against the husband who may very well be the nirdaf.
