Until target stopped taking cc,  it was 20 to 25, sometimes a bit less.  I think now it is 5 to 10, but look upthread,  and see

Why do you need so many cards? If you're trying to cash out visa/mc gift cards, I know a guy in Monroe who will buy for 3% off. Sold a few thousand dollars worth to him and he's very easy to work with. May be worth it to not schlep to target and deal with the cashiers...

True, true. I guess it depends on the amount you have. I only had like $5000 worth and I've been told that the Targets near me are impossible to deal with.

I'd sell my GC for 3% only if I'll be desperate,  3% from $5000 is $150 thats a lot of money
