Did you close the previous batch?
No. I downgraded all of them to travel rewards.

So now it's better to apply for biz cards rather than personal, because no minimum and no 100 bonus? Also why don't 2 pulls merge if you do personal and biz in one day? Do they do 2 different cb?

if the cb doesn't think theyre duplicates they won't merge them. I would assume they are "labelled" differently, so to speak

CA, but I'd be interested in your state as a data point anyways.

Does the bureau depend on whether I get just biz or both personal and biz? i.e. If I just get biz it pulls experian, but if I apply for personal and biz, then the personal will be experian and biz TU?

Ok so I called recon regarding my two pending apps they approved 1 with an 11k cl for the second they made me divide my cl guy wouldn't budge. He said that's what they are comfortable with, he mentioned that I had similar cl lines with other banks, when I told him that I had over 18k with amex he explained that it had to do with multiple relationships bs, now what? Go for a third?
ETA: applied for a third came through pending, putpac'ed,b"h approved with a 5k cl

IME the personal has always been Experian, therefore I'm assuming the biz is from transunion. Thank you for the info.

Yes. They have nothing to do with each other.

I hope the fee refund is automatic after account closing cos if I cancel the card within 60 days & still don't get $75 refund, i will have to call  for it & they will say you already got it.
