Not really. Ask other frum people you see at the show. What are the hours? You may wish to base yourself in WRP and commute. Lots of Shul and kosher options there.

Wow, what a shame about the Loop minyan. I only davened weekday shacharis there, when there was a mechitza and no women, but there was no mention of any of this egalitarian stuff. In fact, I specifically went to the Loop minyan because the only other close minyan option (Anshe Sholom Bnei Israel) has a Rabbi from Chovavei.

I don't believe there were any other options anywhere close to downtown, Chabad or otherwise. Any chance you'll have enough at your convention to organize amongst yourselves?

Not that I know of. I think your best bet would be to have a Uber pick up food for you from a restaurant.

ask your LOR, but many of the local restaurants do not seal their food properly to be transported by an Uber driver.

Same answer as above. Great Chicago is usually pretty willing to deliver anywhere, but they will charge for it.
