hi, i thought that you were asking about the CL... whoops - I meant 3 payments of $5K so that one can spend $15K that on their cc that month, even if their credit line was only $12K

Uch, i spent 4k in the first period and my statement gave me nothing. Then 27k in the second period and my statement gave me $41 (from the first period).
a) is it always lagged behind a month like that what gives?
b) I "redeemed" $25 statement credit from that $41 and I don't see it posting. All I see is a reduction in my reward balance. Does it take a few days/full statement?

Same here.
a) I guess so, but I only have my own experience to work with.
b)When redeeming, it says that it will take 7-10 days.

I got rejected for the old Blue Cash, because "I had 2 AMEX cards approved within 90 days" - fine, I could HUCA it, but... my wife got approved for the old Blue Cash, and I got a AU card.

So - I'm done, right? Mission accomplished? This is one of the few cards where you actually don't want to open two or more accounts?

Well if u do double the spend can cause an FR because it might be more than reported income.
If u have your own card then may have more leeway

In addition to fr, you may have more CL to play with 2 cards.  Finding my 10k cl is limiting and I can't transfer cl to such a new card yet. I would say it's not worth a second credit pull (especially given dans good argument that it's not even worth 1) but in your case you already applied so why not huca.

1. That (speaking for myself when I said in addition to F/R, as that was my understanding of what he meant)

3. It's upthread. Amar Rav Dan, the shtick is worth it (he even converted a card himself) - just not worth a pull since you can convert a card. Many have been unsuccesful at converting, Dan did it in 5 seconds. Reading the tea leaves it seems that only certain people or accounts are eligible for such a conversion.
