I was wondering does it say in the passport itself that you have GE. I thought i remember the agent telling me when I get the new passport it will be on the passport.
it doesn't say in the passport, but the GE computers use your passport to search their database to see if you are a member. When you get a new passport you have to visit an enrollment center and have your GE updated to reflect the new passport.

Thanks for the response. Is that going back to GE like in JFK and having them update it? Because I called US passport and they have no idea what I am talking about.
and next time you use GE, just to be safe have the GE card with you in case it doesn't work

but if you have the card on you and the kiosk doesn't work and you have the card on you you can go the officer and he will process you
