I was in a Wegmans in PA last week, and was pleasantly surprised to see they were selling Impossible meat. I bought a pack and made (cheese)Burgers. Was really good and was a cool experience. IMO the burger tasted like a bland authentic burger rather than a really good veggie burger. I could have totally been fooled into thinking it was authentic, but nothing that tasty. But add in the butter it was cooked in, the dressing, cheese, caramelized onions etc. and it was an overall tasty meal. So not sure how well it would taste in a bolognese sauce in terms of cooking in a pasta, however i would imagine it working well in a nachos as a textural component .
