If you're out of choices then make use of the bathroom.

Well, I am thinking of buying 4 x $20-ish cheap tablets for Uncle Moishy/Marvelous Midos/etc DVDs.  For our piece of money, it will be money well spent to keep them charged...willing to take out a second mortgage.

so I'm assuming you want one that will give ample amounts of charging time for 4 devices?

Or two or four individual ones.

if your only gonna need to charge each once then best/cheapest option would be the cheap small Chinese ones that you can get for $5 that way you can charge them all at the same time, and they don't take up more space altogether then one very good one.
If you want one thats gonna be good for all get at least 12000 mah. I have the jackery and anker and am very happtmy with them

Slightly OT; Am I the only loser that can't find the USB ports in economy when there are tags stating that they are next to the seat, or do they put up the tags regardless if there are ports or not?

Many times there there and people don't notice them. If there not next to the screen they may be under the seat.
