Newbie here! Question about buying Hilton Free Night Certificates. I see people selling them with their "Diamond Account". How exactly does that work? I assumed the certificate itself would be sold and transferred?

I did amazon prime free trial I forgot to cancel it after 30 days  so I got charged for the year last week
Is it still possible to cancel and get refunded?
