As you see all of the assembly coming down one by one, he was pretty crooked. His Chief of Staff's husband went to jail for 14 months and they were very tied up. He only looked out for the lower east side all these years and basically neglected the other boros heavily. He refused gambling in the Rockaways which could have revived the area a decade ago.

And not a surprise...

While he might not have behaved ethically, he made sure not to commit a crime.

Amazing how the huge scandals are decided Soo differently when there's no Media..( bridgegate, Sheldon etc. )
