I have
Chase Sapphire Preferred Credit Card. When I applied
regular Sapphire Credit Card, I am told that I can not have two same brand credit cards at the same time. I was told that regulation started this Jan. I was given choices either to close the preferred Card or withdraw the regular card application.
If I close the preferred card, the reward can not be transfer to hotel program with regular card. If I withdraw the application, it waste one hard pull. Any advice what I should do? BTW, I applied
Hyatt card and regular card at the same time using two browser methods, so it is not exactly waste. But It will be nice if I can get approval on regular card and keep Sapphire card at the same time. Thanks in advance for your advice!
