Please clarify: Now that the $150 authorization didn't work, what is the plan how to get the touchpad for $150 and return the laptop? Simply by not picking up the laptop? And if they end up 'fining' you for doing that then just return the touchpad??

The Touchpad arrived a few days ago and BB charged the full order amount (Touchpad + Computer + Tax) to the VCC.
The Computer should technically get canceled today as I did not pick it up.
Now we shall see what happens with the refund...

I have ordered many times from bestbuy with the ship to store option... I have picked it up a few days after the "cancel" date. I dont think it will get canceled.... also the store will probaly call you asking you when ur comin to pick it up...

I'm curios what the outcome will be - I was thinking of purchasing this deal too and try to leave the laptop in store... When i finally decided i was gonna purchase - it was too late

When ordering 2 items on BB and if you pick up only one you only get billed for the one you pick up - the 2nd item will get canceled if you dont pick it up

I have ordered a handful items, and only a few came to the store... I picked them up .... then the rest came and I picked those up...

I never didnt pick up... I did ask the sales person last time I was there what happens if I dont pick up... they told me I'll get refunded
And usually they put the full charge on the cc at time of order
