Royal Air Maroc has flights to 4 cities in North America. Miami (starting in a few months), Montreal, New York and Washington, DC. They also fly to Sao Paulo and Rio in Brazil.
All of these flights are flown on 787-800 aircraft with lie-flat seating in a 2-2-2 configuration.
From Casablanca (CMN) you can continue on to many other cities in Northern/Central Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Royal Air Maroc does not fly to Tel Aviv, though they will start flying soon to Amman. From there you can book an add-on ticket for 4,500 Avios for the 25 minute hop over to Israel.
Etihad Guest charges 22,000 miles for a one way Economy class ticket or 44,000 miles for a one way Business class ticket. This includes the transatlantic flight as well as a connecting flight on the same itinerary.
Fuel surcharges are passed along on Etihad awards for Royal Air Maroc travel.
The Royal Air Maroc lounge in Casablanca is terrible. Hot, stuffy, packed, room temp drinks, no showers. Go instead next door to the Priority Pass lounge which is more comfortable.
Meals from Casablanca are from WAM caterer in France. Bottle of wine was included with the meal.
Should point out that they have real J on the 737.
Correct. It is 2-2, instead of 3-3 with blocked middle seat.
