So. I brought them to the post office Friday and the woman behind the counter said sure, we’ll just write RTS. She did so herself on the boxes and put them away.

Today I get the boxes again with RTS written on them and then somewhere else on the box it says “Why?”.

Now what? Do I write another message on the box?

Only returned 1 order to US Mint out of dozens made.
They gave me a USPS label (or I needed to buy because of PO, dont recall)
Sure enough, tracking never showed it going through system and no refund was issued.
USPS tracking is the worst.
Took 2 months of calls to get a specially authorized refund to go through with supervisors etc..

6th came back a week later, when I brought them back the supervisor said she should have written “REF” for refused because they need a reason its RTS.. let’s see if they go back this time.
