It seems like people have two main problems with them. 1) The CS is so bad, that if something goes wrong with the order, or if its out of stock, which apparently is not uncommon with them, it may not be easy to get a refund, or to change your order. 2) If you need to return, it will cost a lot of money if you use their shipping label.
I wonder, though, if you can return unwanted products to a Bonton store (they have one in Toms River, for eg.) to avoid the return shipping fees.
And do you think purchasing with Amex would be enough protection should their incompetent CS not refund you or otherwise mess up your order?
