Toilet fill valve is what I would check.
What am I looking for and how can that cause these symptoms?

Maybe I am not understand. When you say gurgle do you mean you hear water going into the tank and/or bowl?
Are you seeing bubbles coming from the bottom of the toilet bowl?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

The latter. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the drains of all 3 being connected and for some reason at times the easiest escape for air in the water is the toilet.

Also I noticed the drain in the shower is slower than usual and when I flushed the toilet it became stuffed until the water in the shower drained fully then the toilet water drained.

Ok, it sure seems you have a drain issue. I would start somewhere past where they are all connect.

Sounds like the drain is not vented properly

That could be but the toilet is being blocked when using the shower.

Plumber came down. Apparently a clogged pipe someplace down there.

American Standard single handle pull-down faucet. Leaking underneath the sink when water is running. Steady slow drips running down the cold and hot water lines.

Any ideas?

Check the connections at the pull-down.  where it's connected to the water source.  Maybe a washer.

There are only two connection points, the hose connection to the water lines and the spray head which screws on to the other end of the hose. Turns out the spray head was not screwed on properly and leaking back up through the faucet. Fixed. Thanks.

Now the fun part, drying out the water which leaked under the cabinets. The wood in one place seems saturated. Don’t have much access under there. I sprayed and poured some bleach down there to prevent mold. Using a commercial fan/blower to hopefully dry it out. Any other advice on this?

A dehumidifier would help allow evaporation

My fluidmaster toilet fill valve didn't stop filling water, I had to touch the floating tube to get it to stop, online it says to clean the debris from the valve which didn't help in this case, I noticed the floating tube has a tiny hole on top I figured some water must have gone in, I sucked it out and it works properly, it had a tiny water just enough it shouldn't stop

Sorry I am confused. What floating tube?
The refill tube (small tube at top) goes from the top of the fill valve to the inside of the overflow tube.

No, the one that goes up and down with the water to indicate when it's full

That's the float that shuts the fill valve on/off. Some have a hole top to bottom. Should not have any other hole or it will fill with water and then fill valve will never shut off and water will run all the time.

ETA: When the water stops how close is the water level to the top of the overflow tube? The tube in the middle of the toilet.
