You can get GC at CVS with CC...

It is possible to get one vanillas, but not Vrc's.....

OV's are GC's! VRC's are not (nor are they debit cards)!
And while My vanillas are debit and can be loaded to redcard, you can't get them for cc. VR's cannot be loaded to RC.

As for the pin, here is a quote from their website myvanilladebitcard.com/myvanilla/vrn.html:
"....and the PIN located on the back of your Vanilla Prepaid Reload."

He wanted the PIN for the MY Vanilla to make a debit transaction.
You quoted the PIN for VR to load onto My vanilla or any other suitable card.

Was told the exact same thing in Lkwd! No more gift cards! E/o there told me the same thing CS and Cashier. Did 5k yesterday with same cashier! She told me she got in trouble last night, Game over!

I heard the same thing tonight in Seattle area.  She tried the load anyway and it worked, but said they got word today of no more cash (i.e. debit/GC) loads and manager told her over radio Target corporate was killing the Prepaid Redcard completely.  There's been multiple confirmations of this now today - sure hoping tomorrow doesn't start with a dead RedBird.

Was loading from VGCs today and the CSR asked me to see the card.  I showed her the card and she called over the manager.  The manager came over and said, "That's such a smart way to empty out Gift Cards.  As long as there's a PIN, load as much as you want."   #OOTLife

Also, in terms of buying money orders w/ VGC's, should I open a bank account with a second bank, so the banks don't think I'm laundering money? How many deposits with money orders look suspicious?
