Spend $5000: One (1) penguin.
I'm told that as of 7am:182 tickets sold for $18,082.
definitely looks like its going in the right direction
i would buy in if there was a low amount of tickets sold
Gamechanger.
why don't you cap the entries at -300-400
please make a limit no limit of tickets being sold. will definitely decrease the amount of participants
I have a feeling a lot more will sell than expected
Why in the world is everyone so worried about setting a max number of tickets sold??At this point we're not even hitting the minimum tickets sold

if theres 1k tickets sold, then its just another chinese acution. if on aug 22/23 theres only a few hundred sold, im in.
This isn't making it anywhere near 1K tickets. I'm not going to retweet it ever day like day 1.A few hundred tickets at the current average price of $99 per ticket wouldn't even cover the costs though. So we'll see if it happens.
500 tickets would do it, i think. i assume you will repost a day or 2 before its over. i would get then if the pool is not too large.
It's impossible to be like a regular chinese auction. Like others have said even if we had the cash we can't simply put life on hold. In a regular auction, you win 2 tix and you choose the time and place.
Is there a cash option in the end?
+1 I'd buy if there were a cash option.
Sure, $5k cash option
lol was thinking more along the lines of 20k
